They’ll ignore your calls all day, get meds ready that you didn’t ask for and argue the point, and close the drive thru anytime they feel like it even if they’re not supposed to and then they’ll lie and say they don’t have staff and you go inside to employees just standing stupidly. Gross."

"During my recent visit to the pharmacy, I presented a discount card due to a temporary lapse in coverage for my son's medication. While inquiring about applying a prescription savings card for the prescribed medication, I was informed it wasn't an exact match and wouldn't reflect accurate pricing. Unfortunately, the pharmacist did not offer any further assistance in verifying or correcting the medication name or suggest alternative options for lowering the cost. While the final price was near full price, what was most concerning was the lack of initiative and proactive effort to identify the best price options for my situation, which is what I would expect from a healthcare professional during a medication consultation. Subsequently, I independently found an alternate discount program on GoodRx which would have significantly reduced the cost. This experience fell short of the standard of care and client advocacy I believe should be expected in a pharmacy setting."

I have been trying to contact someone for two days now and I even called the front store to see if they could help. My doctor office has tried reaching them as well. The district manager better get it together before they have a lawsuit filed against them. Peoples need there medication. They play to much back there."
