"When they say small batch, they really mean small batch. I bought this bottle from the gentleman at County Seat Spirits who is the distiller responsible for the formula. The flavor is exactly what you hope for when you read the name "Chocolate Rye Whiskey." The Distiller(I can't remember his name) gave me comfort before I sampled it by saying, "Don't worry, I made this the hard way so that it tastes good." Despite the name having chocolate first, the rye flavor is the more pronounced with a subtle finish of chocolate achieved by adding cacao nibs at a crucial part of distillation. I had more plans for test shoots for this bottle, but its time had come. October is here and the vibe is too!"

"No sugar coating necessary. This place has the best craft cocktails in the area. They have nice snacks and live music on certain days. It's perfect for a date night pregame or a large get together with friends and family. The cocktails are all made with their own liquor-- rum, whiskey and vodka. They have lots of options but not too many that you feel paralyzed. So many of the cocktails look great, so I recommend getting at least two but get an Uber. But my favorite part of these cocktails? They make 'em strong and you do not feel like you're overpaying. I can't say enough about this place. I love it!"

"Stopped in for a quick drink, and ended up tasting several amazing spirits. Everyone was extremely friendly and happy to explain anything you wanted to know. They made some great cocktails and were great with recommendations. Enjoyed the live music, which was perfect for a relaxing Saturday evening. We ordered food from the local eatery, which was delivered quickly without an additional charge, and delicious. Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back soon!!"
