"I moved from central Bucks County several years ago, yet I still reflect back on the exceptional care I always received from Dr Louis Gringeri, my former primary doctor. I consistently found him to be very professional and knowledgeable, and he reliably conducted his diagnoses and treatments with discernment and sound judgement. Dr Gringeri’s highly attentive and compassionate manner made me feel heard and understood and confident that he was sincerely invested in my health and well-being. When I moved out of state and searched for a primary doctor, I couldn’t help but compare the others to him. Frankly, many fell short, and I will always appreciate and miss Dr Gringeri’s care."
"Dr Gingieri, after reading the 1-star review about being refused treatment, I know is insane. First of all, of all the medical professionals in my 66 years of life, I've never thought any of them were insane, until I read the 1-start review on this google site.. That review, although it tells a crazy-sounding story about Dr. Gringeri is not enough reason to call him insane. To that I must add my own story....back in the 1990's I was looking for a new doctor about my hypertension. I knew I had it but wanted a re-evaluation and possibly new medication. I don't remember those details, but I do remember that after seeing my blood pressure reading, Dr. Gringeri leaned on the desk/table with his hand on his head with a very alarmed expression on his face and said "We have to get this down". I was nervous as soon as I got to the office as I've had white coat hypertension and health anxiety from a very young age, so I did not need to be alarmed any more. If my BP was really that bad, he would have sent me to a hospital straight away. He didn't and I'm still alive. Anyone who has read the reviews, even on just google and still wants "care" from this doctor is just as crazy as Dr. Gringeri."
"I have been using Dr. Gringeri as my PCP for over 20 years. He and his office staff are ALWAYS friendly, kind, and very knowledgeable. I am so thankful there are still amazing doctors like him in the world. I went for my flu shot today and his office staff told me he is not accepting Co-pays at this time in hopes that his patients will donate that money to victims of the recent hurricane in Puerto Rico and/or the victims of the recent events in Las Vegas. I will always recommend him to friends and family!"
"Dr.Gringeri has been my Primary Care for a year now. He's always super friendly, and knowledgeable. When I first came, Dr.Gringeri got me off a medication I was taking from a wrong diagnoses by another doctor. I never really had any problems with the staff, they seemed very busy at times but were always polite and apologetic if any mishap happened, which happens at every doctor's office from time to time. I understand they don't have a quick online appointment system and is more old school in terms of administrative procedures and billing, but if I can rely on a doctor, I don't see why anything else would matter. I drive 30 minutes from Center City to see him at the Bensalem office, bc I find big hospital doctor's are great for surgery and big procedures but can be dismissive unless you have serious issues. Dr.Gringeri is one of the most personable and competent doctor I've seen."
"Run, don't walk, as fast as you can away from this medical practice. I will quote the words of my attorney when I called him after my experience at this practice... "wildly inappropriate." In Feb (2017) I went to see Dr. Gringeri for the first time. I had never met him or heard of him prior to that appointment. After completing all new patient forms which included my ss #, drivers license #, address, birth date, and anything else that someone could use for ID fraud, I paid the copay and sat down. A few moments later, I was lead to a treatment room where I was told the doctor would be in shortly. Dr. Gringeri came in, introduced himself and sat down. I began to describe the reason for my visit and he put his hand up and said, "Ms. Allen, before you go any further, I must tell you that I am unable to enter into a doctor/patient relationship with you at this time. The front desk will refund your copay, have a nice day." Then he got up and walked out. No reason was given and he just left the room. While getting my refund, I requested all my information be returned to me since I was not a patient and was being refused treatment. I was in pain and in tears. The receptionist asked me to wait a moment, she went to the back office and then came out and said, "the doctor says the file stays here in this office." Considering I was refused treatment and had NEVER been there before, this was a surprise. The person that drove me to the appointment was sitting there in disbelief. Once we got to the car I alerted the insurance company and my attorney. It is now the third week in May and I am STILL trying to get a copy of my records from that office. They tell me I should be "receiving them shortly." If I could give "minus" stars I would!"
