"The ONLY reason this review is 5 stars is because of Lisa. We bought my mother in law a purse for Christmas and unfortunately it broke a month or two after. We had the receipt and brought it in, the two employees there looked at it and told us it could only be sent in for a repair.. Then Lisa (who sold us the bag) came and told them no and that we would get an even exchange. She tried to get us the same bag calling multiple stores and even though they didn’t have it in stock she gave us a slightly different style. Not only was Lisa always polite, funny and comfortable to be around she took care of everything without a hiccup. Thank God for Lisa, that store would be nothing without her.. Thanks Again Lisa!!"
"I was greeted at the door and asked if I needed help. One sales associate was super helpful. I came in with a purse in mind, but wanted to see other options too. I told the girl the specific features I was looking for and price point. She offered a few suggestions that all had what I wanted within my budget, then took the time to show me and even chat.
