The Children's Place

"If I could give no stars I would. I placed an online order with the Children's Place for baby clothes for a new mom. the used a company called Lasership to deliver my order and although they claimed to have delivered the order the package never arrived. i called the Children's place and was told that I would have to call the shipper, when I contacted the shipper I got no response. I again called the Children's place and was told that because their system showed that the items were delivered there was nothing they can due about. this is the first and only time I will be ordering from this place, the customer representatives were very rude and offered no assistance what so ever in contacting the shipping company which the contracted with."

"The manager at this store is awful and so is the new store return policy. I bought items 4 months ago online and with a children's place credit card. I was able to pull up the order information including what I paid for the couple of items on my profile on the website. Instead of refunding me my money to my children's place credit card, which is what the store associate was about to do, the store manager butted in and refused to return the purchase price to my children's place credit card. Instead she made me pick out items in store for the refund and on top of that would not give me a receipt for the items I bought Instead. She claims that the.company has a new 45 day return policy. I have literally spent thousands of dollars with this company but no more. I will start frequenting other retailers like Carters and Target that at least give you your money back or the most recent sale price for the returned item. And this is also the same store manager that had a problem with me when I returned some other items months ago, telling me to my face that she could not wait for me to leave the store. I have never been so rudely spoken to before. Awful manager and awful company policy. I will be cutting up my credit card for this store and not returning. I should have learned my lesson from last time and not bought anything more from this company. If I could leave zero stars I would."

"The manager at this location isn’t helpful or friendly. I asked her for a size I was looking for, she said what ever is there, I waited 15 min for her to be done she didn’t even scan it to see if she have them or no. I don’t recommend this location for anybody."
