"Edwin was an extremely awesome person to deal with. He went above and beyond during our trip. His manager was a bit over bearing trying to push things on us. If it was not for Edwin we would have went elsewhere. We were very happy with our experience and our purchases."

"I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers online from this location on Saturday, June 18th because they didn't have my size on hand. I received one pair and not the other. The next weekend I finally call to see why I didn't get the 2nd pair. I was able to talk to a crew member who was no help whatsoever. Since then I have been calling them to get the issue resolved but no one answers. I called the 1 800 number and they couldn't get a response telling me that I had to go back to the location and handle it. I live almost 3 hours away so that's not happening. They also suggested that I took the missing pair with me from the store but the tape will tell them a different story. Very unprofessional Never again will I do further business with this company."

"They seem to carry more of the Jordan apparel than any other store in the mall. Not afraid to put some of it on sale either, which rarely happens with the Jordan brand. Did not engage with the staff at all, so cant really rate customer service, but I will be back in the near future."
