I avoid his lane at all costs. He's always on his phone and is the least welcoming person I've had to interact with in the history of the world. YOU WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. Put on a happy face like the rest of us and do your job. I've watche'd him pretend to be working. It's so irritating that I feel the need to make this post."
