"Blonde hair guy working tonight argued with me 3 times!!! that a ONE DOLLAR SILVER coin was a quarter, when I SPECIALLY put it down told him it was a One dollar coin! I said READ THE BACK of it. Can you please teach your cashier's about currency! He could've apologized but NOPE, he didn't. I only purchased 1 beer n cigs, but normally I purchase the 8 pks of Natural Light. I DONT appreciate someone acting like I can't add n that I'm trying to short change them, when HE is the one that clearly doesn't know what ONE DOLLAR COINS ARE!"

"We were passing through the area after an appointment and I remembered I needed some beer for my brewclub meeting... So I hit up Google for something close... It suggested Buddy's. They have a wide selection of beers and seltzers. I was looking for some unusual or maybe even hard to find craft beers and I hit the jackpot. You can build your own six pack and I found it very difficult to only choose six! I actually ended up leaving with three six packs. Now, I'm not suggesting that this location is the end all be all of craft beer selection. There are a few other locations in PGH for that... But if you happen to be on this side of the city and need beer I wouldn't hesitate suggesting Buddy's. I will definitely stop again"

"It's not really worth looking around for other distributors on the south side because none of them can match Buddy's. They have all your go to domestics as well as an impressive selection of craft beers that can satisfy the snobiest of beer snobs. With a lot of their popular offerings available cold and the option to get kegs filled here, Buddy's is essentially everything you could want it to be. A few new places have opened up since my original review. They're solid and worth your time for sure, but Buddy's remains a top spot in the Southside."

"In my experience, Buddy's has one of the best beer selections around. I can always go in and find something I've never had before. They also seem to do a great job of getting in some rare beers. Despite having these high-end offerings this place doesn't charge fancy beer store prices. In fact, they have the lowest prices of the distributors I've been to in the general vicinity. So, if you want anything from a limited release, Bourbon barrel aged, super-fancy stout to a 30 pack of Coors, this is the place to go in South Side."
