"It was pretty surprising that the same thing that happened to me on this visit has happened to other patients as well. I have been to the AllCare location in Alexandria and had a pretty decent experience there. Now that I have moved to Prince William County, this is the closest location so I was grateful to have found a location close to home and felt this would be the clinic for me to come to regularly. I appreciated the easy registration process online to fill out my health data. I made an appointment online with Dr.Browning (Treya, Browning) and got to my appointment at the exact time I booked it for (I also had work to attend to so I was hoping to be seen in a timely manner). I was in the waiting room with one other person, that's it. The 2 stars was for getting my vitals taken and getting checked in within 10 minutes. The nurse had told me that the "doctor will be with you shortly" - I usually give a grace period of 30 minutes because I do understand that doctors also see other patients but the practice was pretty quiet and seemed a bit slow at the time of my appointment. I waited a bit over 30 minutes and no one came to check in on me or saw me. I booked an appointment mainly because I work and don't have the luxury to just walk in whenever. I told the receptionist that I had waited over 30 minutes and the doctor didn't come see and that I had to leave because I had work, just then - the doctor popped up behind the receptionist and said "I was looking for her". Where? I was sitting in Room #1 for over 30 minutes and the nurse should have informed you where I was. Truly disappointed as I had an urgent need to be seen, but not sure if it's worth the trouble coming to this practice if there is no courtesy of even being checked in on after 30 minutes or not sure if patients are not as important to the doctor. Maybe I'll try a different doctor at this clinic (I believe in second chances) or a different clinic altogether as my primary care."
