"Lovely location with an awesome staff. Had a family member get sick over the holidays and Melanie was wonderful. She was able to locate my order over the phone and return two of the unused bottles in store. She never hesitated to search for my order and print my receipt, when I was the one who declined the receipt at the time of purchase. Never have we returned liquor, but with the stomach bug, we couldn’t risk our friends/family getting sick. We are not big drinkers outside of holidays, so to get the $70 back was very nice. 10/10 would recommend. Clean facility, great selection, and thoughtful team members."
