"I entered this establishment and was immediately struck by its rundown and depressing appearance. Carrying a watch worth around $500, nothing too extravagant, I approached the owner, hoping to have a link or two removed. To my disappointment, he scoffed at my request, as if it wasn't worth his time. He then informed me that they were closed, despite their sign clearly stating they were open until 8. I pointed out that their online presence also indicated their operating hours, to which he rolled his eyes and walked away. Well, thanks a lot! It's not like I expected him to do it for free. I had assumed someone would charge a reasonable fee of $25 to $50 for such a simple task. Considering the state of the place and the apparent need for money, it's surprising that he would turn away potential customers. Furthermore, it probably would have taken him less than 5 minutes. I should have known better than to expect quality service based on the state of the establishment."

"So I just called and asked for an appraisal on something I ordered online. This is a service their website says they offer. He was very rude and short with me. Even said "why would I look at something to see if you got ripped off?"... ummm, because according to your posted services, it's your job and I'm paying you?... There's plenty of other places out there that actually want your business. Go to them. And this guy has known my family for years and still does business with some of them. Not anymore."
