"My children enjoy seeing the staff in the pediatrics department, especially their CNP, Teresa DiMatteo-Pugh. She is very kind and soft spoken and really makes sure to answer any questions and address any concerns I have about my children. I really love that the younger children receive a book at the end of the visit and all children get to pick from a large collection of stickers."

"Johns Hopkins Community physicians has significantly shown steadfast decline in customer services. I would not recommend this health care practice to NO ONE. Appointments canceled without any messages thru MyChart or via phone. However, they did send me an after visit summary of a visit that didn't occur. Checking in is a nightmare....with no personal interactions. Be prepared to share your medical history with the entire office....NO Privacy at all. This use to be a caring and efficient practice...."

"I called after hours to get a prescription I ran out of. Was on hold for 20 min and they told me they were not able to help me and that I should call the pharmacy to get a loaner dose. Very poor customer service showing no empathy or genuine concern!"

"One star is being very gracious. I have been calling and emailing for a month now as my insurance told me to contact them for primary care physician. Since I was in therapy today downstairs at a Johns Hopkins center I figured I would stop by. The receptionist, I think her name was Lisa was extremely rude, unhelpful and clearly annoyed with my questions. When I told her my insurance told me to call her response was extremely cocky, smart mouth, arrogant and said well we definitely don’t take new patients with that insurance. She offered no assistance, no suggestions, etc. I don’t understand how someone who clearly has zero customer service skills can work at the front desk at a physicians office. I should be grateful they’re not accepting new patients with my insurance because I would not feel comfortable being treated in a facility who was that rude to their patients. Clearly, Johns Hopkins needs to do better."

"I love the staff and doc there I also love the staff the does the cleaning bathroom's very clean elevators etc. but at the front door the hand sanitizer smells really bad dont use it ,smell like poop ! there are lots of great staff I gave four stars bec the smell from the sanitizer stays on your hand for an hour and other people stated the same, we used it and was upset as we were leaving and three other people were coming inside the clinic"
