"An overall nice store with a good selection. Service is hit or miss. I have been buying a lot of the Chairman’s Selection wines, which are usually a good value. I recently bought a bottle there and it was bad (dry cork, oxidized wine). I wasn’t allowed to return or get a refund without a receipt which is a huge bummer. Not many people hang onto receipts for booze considering they don’t expect to be sold a bad bottle. Many stores these days are also able to look up receipts from the credit card number but here they aren’t. Thankfully the wine wasn’t expensive. If you buy a $100 bottle of wine that’s gone bad, and you don’t have the receipt, I guess you’re SOL. Just be careful when purchasing here."
