"Easily the most convenient urgent care in the area. I called somewhere else first and was told the wait time was three hours. Thankfully I quickly found Night Watch online. Everything was very smooth, and I was able to check the website, make an appointment, and see a provider all in less than 30min. Super quick and professional."
"Most Urgent Cares in this area are open until 8pm. This location is convenient for those of us who work later. The waiting area and treatment rooms are bright and clean, and the use of color is a welcome distraction when you're feeling under the weather. There is also a kid's table and chairs in the waiting room, which you usually don't see in other places. The check-in process was simple with entering your basic info on an iPad at the desk, then the rest of the check-in process is completed on your phone. The staff and Dr. Carney were approachable and kind, and I'm happy with the level of care received. The wait time was very minimal compared to the out-of-state Urgent Care I went to last month. I was able to get my prescriptions sent to the Giant Food in the same shopping center. I'm starting to feel much better now compared to last week!"

"This urgent care is hands down the BEST in the area! Not only was their website easy to navigate and informative, they also give you the option of a telemed appointment for non emergencies! This completely saved my day, as a business owner it's difficult to make time to go to appointments, but thanks to the virtual appointment I didn't have to cancel any clients! Dr. Charmaine Tuck was not only welcoming, but she let me feel at ease dealing with a doctor. She was informative, thorough, and kind the whole time. She wasn't condescending, which I've experienced before, but gave me options on what we could do to ease my medical issue. This was the best experience ever, and as much as I would like to not go back anytime soon, if I do, it'll be through the virtual method and with Dr. Tuck!"
"Treatment and care here was great. Medical professionals had great bedside manner and I felt they truly cared about addressing my health concerns. Beyond that I ended up with a very alarming misunderstanding over billing for a lab test. With some persistence I was able to get in touch with the manager who is very busy managing at least three locations. Once I was in touch with her I was able to obtain updates on resolving the misunderstanding and ultimately she worked with the third party company to not only correct the misunderstanding, but eliminate the bill beyond what I expected to pay initially. It took a couple months, but if you have a legitimate problem, and one of their staff made a mistake, they will help you. If you are paying self-pay I recommend being exceedingly clear and getting billing in writing for all services before proceeding. This can be tricky in an emergency, but if the care center cannot provide a quote, call the lab company yourself to obtain accurate pricing. Be proactive about your finances and you will be in good hands here."
