"The staff are all super sweet and caring. My son LOVES going to therapy because they make it so fun for him. It's all playing and games to him. There are some technical issues that have popped up in the past with the software they use, but I'd consider that a side note compared to everything else about the practice. I wouldn't take my son anywhere else."
"All of the therapists are amazing. They are creative in their approach and are constantly thinking outside the box on ways to engage our little one. On top of that their admin staff make scheduling, billing, and every visit to the office enjoyable. They are top notch professionals and I am so glad we found them."
"Very bad therapy center, very irresponsible and inexperienced therapists, with inactive attitude. Every session the technician will arrive 5 mins late and end 10 to 15 mins early. The worst is that I don't think they have a clear plan or mind of what they are doing. Even the CTC in sterling is much better than this place. Post-response: Got the response from the team there. They said they will see what's going on and make improvements."
