"I’ve had great experiences at Jai so far and have been seeing Dr. Farlow for about eight months now. I had one instance where I called the office and was really rudely yelled at by the receptionist, but when I followed up with that issue the front desk was very sweet and understanding. Stuff happens! Dr. Farlow is kind, empathetic, and great at her job. I feel like I’m in excellent care in her hands. I love the fact that she doesn’t center weight! She’s also super responsive if I ever need a medication refill or have a question — it’s really easy to get in touch and leave a message (which she’s always been very prompt in replying to). The location itself is fine— easy to get to, well lit, has security. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful. They have a TV in the waiting room and lots of seating. There is an onsite lab so you don’t have to go anywhere else to get your lab work done. Dr. Farlow is outstanding and I’d highly recommend this practice."

"They are so good to me here in the suite 2. All of the medical assistants on suite 2 side are super helpful, communicates effectively, comforting and always nice to me. The phlebotomist on suite 2 side Brittany is the best to ever do it, I want no one to draw my blood BUT HER!! Love it there!!"
