"I called there with a problem 3x and was never called back as promised. I had a defective item and was told to send photos which I did and was ignored. I will not shop at this location again. Staff is not very truthful. The quality of the items is poor."

"The door's automatic closer suddenly exploded, spraying hydraulic oil on me and ruin my clothing. This forced me to abandon my shopping trip for the day. The store staff told me they couldn't assist and took my contact details, promising that someone would reach out to me. However, until today! NO ONE contact me and they ignore all my emails! IGNORE this place cuz they are irresponsible and indifferent!!"

"This store is the worst! Unfortunately the lady whom states she is the manager seems to know very little. Whikst I was greeted it was extremely hard to get any kind of help. As an avid Kate Spade collector I am extremely disappointed. The store is constantly dirty and staff appear to be more interested in chatting with each other. Store looked like a jumble sale not a high end purse outlet. I notice the staff have changed drastically in the last few months and the changes were not good. Seems like all the good staff have gone and that says to me there's no value to staf so they move on. Such a shame!! Perhaps Kate Soade should be more interested in nuturing good employees."

"This location used to be amazing until the new manager Hedi came in! The store is unorganized and the staff is clueless. The retention rate of staff is insane as everyone left within the month she started. I have personally taken my business elsewhere as I don’t feel like being spoken to with an attitude and awkwardness."

Made recommendation and accommodated my request for a photo to pose with a bag, so that my wife can visualise the sizes of the bag. I bought the bag and a wallet. Was very pleased with the services from Melissa and all the crews in the boutique. I would highly recommend shoppers to this boutique with its quality merchandises and experience."
