"My mom made the horrible mistake of choosing this facility because it was close to home. First I will say that some of the staff is very loving and kind also there is a supervisor Tanya who was quite helpful and as sweet as pie. However it takes more than just a few good people! The lack of care is completely unbelievable. My mom’s roommate had to change my mom’s diaper because no one came to help. The place is filthy. The toilet in my mom’s room was never cleaned and stayed the way you see it in the photo even today it still hasn’t been cleaned. They need proper training in many areas. If you truly love your family members NEVER send any of them to autumn Lakes. You will absolutely regret it."

"In the past 7-8 yrs that my mom has been at this nursing home things has gotten worse. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt especially since in the past 7-8 yrs she’s been there the name and management has changed but not the services. But this time was the straw that broke the camel’s back. When my mom called me 6 am in the morning saying for the past three months there has no been hot water and they been bathing her in cold water. On top of that they found bed bugs in a couch in one of the day room. I said enough is enough it’s time for me to get her out of there. This is ridiculous and unacceptable and I’m not going to take anymore excuses. This place need to be shut down and renovated. No one should have to live like this. I guarantee if this was their love ones they would not stand for it and neither am I. My mom deserve better and she will get better. They lucky I’m not suing them for poor care and service."
