"Nonsensical scheduling. Triple check your appointment time with this shop for an oil change before you arrive. We came on Monday to see if they had room for an oil change around 11am. They did not have availability— which is understandable. So, we made an appointment for Wednesday. Ed, the man at the front desk, wrote my husbands name down for a slot on Wednesday and he wrote our family name, car model, and 1pm on the schedule. He said come back at Wednesday at 1pm— which we did. When we arrive for our scheduled time, he said we should have dropped it off this morning. What?? Our appointment is for 1pm, and my husband sees the note again on the schedule that says 1pm… and Ed says “nah man you’re crazy, you have to come in the morning we don’t go by this schedule” That was our APPOINTMENT TIME. It was literally written… in HIS handwriting from Monday. WHAT??? Ed was extremely dismissive and too busy eating to focus on his job — and wouldn’t even admit it was HIS fault and scheduling error. Even though it clearly says we were 1pm."

"My sister had an oops moment backing out of our garage and into the passenger door of my car. The damage to both vehicles was minor but required repairs which she offered to pay for. We took our cars to AAB, they gave us a reasonable estimate for the work. I dropped my vehicle off last Monday and picked it up Wednesday after dropping hers off that same day. Hers was finished on Friday. The repairs were seamless on both cars and you couldn't tell that any damage was done. We were both very happy with the work, as they were highly rated and recommended for their quality of work. Satisfied customers."

"Fair price and great customer service. Mrs. Kim and Mr. Yu will charge you a honest, fair price and are fast with their work and communication. They will try to fix the damage at the lowest level with the highest quality. In other words, not overcharge you. If you don't like what ypu see they will fix it to your liking, so questions asked. Very friendly. 10/10!"

"A group of Koreans run this shop. They were honest and forthcoming with me, and were very kind and sympathetic to my car accident -- I hit the median and wrecked a lot of internal stuff in my civic. They don't have the best English, and that's fine, because they can communicate all the details well enough. I'm surprised this is the first review they have on Google, but I will come back here if need be. Hopefully that'll be later, rather than sooner!"
