"Dr. Alex and her staff are very disorganized. I had to call the office 3 times in order to get them to send x-ray documents to the imaging center. She was not prepared for our visit and as a result she told us we were only scheduled for a 30 minite appointment and would have to reschedule. I politely advised her we would not and it is her responsibility to obtain the necessary test results so can make the necessary diagnosis. We had to wait an additional 30 minutes before she obtained x-ray results. She's not a good replacement for Dr. Emily Myers. We will be switching to another Rheumatologist."
"I agree with the previous post. Since my doctor retired from this practice the medical care is poor. The office moved and new location is depressing. The staff are unmotivated and disinterested. The office is disorganized and staff are poorly trained. My doctor seemed more interested in referring me then treating me. Care Bravely? Not with this practice."
"They do not care about patients and are disorganized since 2 doctora left the practice. They will wait a week of you being without medication to tell yoj they will not refill it. Their staff Sondra will tell you "let me enlighten you...our doctors work remotely" for a whole week they will sit on doctors message that she wont refill rx and wonder why u are upset...its human decency to pass a message relating to patients health instead of keeping patient in the dark for a werk waiting for someone to get back. Also their phone lines ringed on Friday for 9:57 mins without VM or anyone picking up. When asked what happened, she couldnt comment! If you are trying to avoid patients just tell them so they can make other plans! I have been with that office for 5 years, Dr Meyerhoff would never treat pts this way, its sad he retired..and I wonder why Dr Meyers left after Dr Meyerhoff...if you are a new patient, you have been warned that this practice went down the hill."
