"Bought a diamond ring here about a year ago. Went in to get the diamond repaired because it was loose. Manager tried to sell us a warranty even though we bought a lifetime warranty a year ago. Manager says the sales rep at the time never sold warranties, lied to us, no longer works there and we could buy a two-year warranty for $199. Will never buy another ring from the store again."
