"Well lit, fast checkout and staff that is ready to help. There is so much stuff that makes sense for the price. Let's pretend the word "freight" is in the name. Now judge the store. It is doing extremely well for what it advertises and most garages in greensburg have some of that stuff. The stuff used occasionally to often is from this store. Many hate on it and I'd be 1 but there is value in the cheap stuff used less often like a mallet, sandpaper, a wire brush, magnet tray .... not detrimental but necessary at less than snap-on or mack prices but maybe faster to get to than a hike through walmart."

"The great thing about Harbor Freight is that no matter what store you go to (at least I've found this to be the case with the few I've been to) you'll know where to find what you need because the stores are laid out the same. And they have a nice selection, yet the aisles aren't overcrowded & messy."

"October 23, 2023 - 19:00 hours - Updated Review Eric, the supervisor, was extremely helpful this evening in replacing a product I purchased at Harbor Freight. I am always going to recommend the membership because it can save you a lot of money. I do a lot of work outside and I visit the store frequently because they are reasonably priced and fair with their customers. They treat their customers well and take time to help you if you need help, even if you have a question on how one of their tools operate. That is one of the main reasons I really like all of the employees at this store. They take time to help you and give you one on one customer service. I can't say the same thing about many of the other hardware stores in this area. Many other places have lost touch with their customers. Harbor Freight is one of the few good places left that still treats their customers like they are actually important. Thank you again Eric for all of your help this evening. "They really pissed me off. Sent me a coupon for 25% off any item in store. Went there to get a trailer jack. They said the coupon was no good for that item. Can you say bait and switch boys and girls? I told them just where they could put their trailer jack."
