"Manager was very rude. I had a return and the return was automatically loaded onto a card that was not one I ever owned and when I realized what card number was I went back and asked for help because I have no clue where my money just went. When I asked for help the lady told me there was absolutely nothing they could do for me so basically I was out of a jacket and money now. She then went to tell me that because I’m a former employee at another location that I should have gone there and not their store to do my return. Horrible customer service."

"There's a nice variety of clothes for us curvy women. It's always very clean (no weird stuff on the floors of the fitting rooms, etc). One girl in particular that works there is extremely helpful, pleasant, & super nice! And this isn't really important, but they have great music playing every time I'm there."
