"Tatum at hot topic made going in the mall totally worth the time. She was absolutely amazing. Sweetest person and manager we have come across in quite some time. Makes shopping totally enjoyable, and is extremely helpful. You can tell even her employees even enjoy working with her."

"Noel and I was shopping at the Morgantown Mall and we stopped at one of her favorite shops, Hot Topic. There was quite a few people inside the store. I guess it is for school clothes shopping and accessories While we were there I was looking at backpacks and tshirts for Saige and Deacon. I wish I knew what her favorite would be. I think I'm going to take her myself. The store is having quite a bit of sales going on. The staff is friendly and the store is full of merchandise. Great shop"

"Greasy looking employee followed us around the store like he wanted to steal my wallet. Just wanted to look around. Didn't even bother asking for a rewards card either. Sad that they treat Veterans like that, especially when they look more clean cut and upstanding than their employees do..."

She had the best customer service I think I maybe have ever witnessed. I only wish I could give her the MAD PROPS she so totally deserves n mention her by name... I'm a dink n spaced hardcore on asking her name. So if anyone that has got topic power is reading this ..u have one pretty kick-butt employee in Motown (WV). She knew just about everything there was to know about questions I didn't even realize I had.
