"So I was wanting to get my son in law a 120th anniversary limited edition zip hoodie with the eagle on it . I called and the lady assured me it was available and would be at their store for pick up by Dec 22 . I secured payment with my CC. By the 20th I hadn’t heard anything so I called and she forgot to call me and let me know they were not able to get it in . I was refunded but really stuck me for his Christmas gift . Wish I would have been notified sooner ( because she was informed the previous Monday it wouldn’t be coming in . ) I did end up ordering online , not the black I wanted and received it the week after New Years. Quality of clothing is always top notch , never a complaint there . Disappointed in the customer service though ."

I finally got an issue resolved properly I’ve been dealing with now for a year and a half and it’s honestly all thanks to the awesome new service manager Jim. "We stop in every Harley dealership we ride by and this is one of my new favorites! They had a huge bike inventory, bigger than the many others we've been to recently. And a huge clothing selection! The girls in the clothing department were super friendly & helpful! Really cool spot, too, way up on a hill. They were even grilling burgers though we didn't have any."
