"Its business office is the most unprofessional group of people I have ever dealt with. Apparently, I was sent one bill that was never received. Instead of sending a follow-up bill, the business office turned it over to a collection agency. You call to discuss and nothing but rudeness from them. What kind of medical provider sends a matter to collections after one attempt. Be careful with this place. As for the facilities, I've seen worst but it definitely is not a class A facility. Ceiling tiles are wet looking, floor doesn't look as if it's been cleaned properly in a while. Beds are older. I wasn't impressed."
