"I had an IUD placed here and I had some pretty rough symptoms after it was placed. I got pretty sick and almost passed out. They were so supportive and patient. They let me lay down on the table in the exam room for 2 hours until my husband could come and get me. Lauren the nurse practitioner and the nurse who's name.im blanking on but has a chest tattoo were so sweet. They kept checking in on me and giving me snacks to keep my blood pressure up. I've been to Annapolis before and it sucked. Easton is the way to go. They're so nice."
"Currently living in NYC but still have MD insurance so drove all the way back for my appointment today. Upon arrival they told me my temperature was too high (100 degrees) it was extremely hot outside and I was dressed too warmly, took off some layers and asked politely for a redo of my temperature. They said no because I happened to be a few minutes late (less than 10 min late) for my appointment. I explained how I drove hours out of my way for this appointment that I really need so I can go back to New York for work and all I got was a reschedule… got home and took my temperature inside where the glaring sun wasn’t on the thermometer and it read a normal 98.7. I’m fully vaccinated and actually was just Covid tested with a negative result a few days ago which I also offered to show them… I love planned parenthood so much and frequently donate money to the cause but needless to say I don’t recommend this particular location because they were not understanding or accommodating at all."
"I’ve been to this location a few times... staff is very friendly. Clean atmosphere, make you feel comfortable. Never a long wait...I will recommend this place to family and friends!"
"This place is so nice. It's a little hard to find it's more like behind the carwash kinda. That's actually a good thing though because who wants everyone to see you going to PP? I'm sure some patients would have privacy concerns."
"My go-to for any of my concerns. The staff is super caring and friendly. I always feels safe and empowered of my own choices. On all of my visits they explained everything and answered any questions I had. I am definitely returning for anything even if it just an annual exam regardless if I live over an hour away."
