"After setting an appointment at University of Maryland Urgent Care - Easton (Formerly ChoiceOne), waiting over an hour to be seen, and watching walk-ins go ahead of me! I decided to go to Your Doc’s In - Easton, Md. There was no waiting time and only one person ahead of me upon arrival. I was in and out in less than an hour! Long story short, they diagnosed me with Flu/A, the nurse immediately tested me after stating my symptoms. In the case of “Urgent Care” I would highly recommend this place if you don’t have a PCP!"
"Arrived early to complete paperwork. Was greeted warmly and promptly. Once my pw was completed I was taken back immediately. Shelly was my nurse. She was friendly and provided clear instructions. I was in and out in 15 minutes."
"Staff are friendly. (Minus front desk, she didnt seem to care about much of anything) Waited 3 hours to be seen despite having an appointment. It's busy season, I get it. But do a better job communicating wait times so people know what to expect. Instruct your front desk to offer the ability to wait in your car or come back closer to the anticipated visit time. It had to be 80+ degrees in the waiting room too. No fans moving air at all while being surrounded by sick people. Very gross feeling building. Dropped to 1 star for the canned response from owner."
"Dr. Miriam is wonderful. She is professional, and an excellent diagnostician and treatment plan. I called ahead to make sure she was there. Her supporting staff is very professional and thorough as well. I will only go to Your Doc’s In Route 50 Easton MD. The best!"
