"According to Title 49 of the United States Code, § 14103 it is illegal for any entity to force a truck driver or carrier to unload via a lumping service without reimbursement. A truck driver or carrier should not be forced to unload the freight themselves, or be forced to use a lumper service without reimbursement. Update: Just learned I don't get reimbursed. I have been coerced."

"Overnight parking in stock yard, just as others have said. Maybe 12-15 trucks. Must definitely park down there and walk up steps across the street to the white office trailer to check in. No one got into the office until 5am so if you want to be first coming more than 20 minutes early won't do you any good. Started unloading on the refrigerated side as soon as I hit the dock. Partial load so still waiting on the rest of the assessment, but so far not bad at all."

"I'm not sure about unloading experience (yet). Arrived at 4 am for a 5 am appt, only to find out you can't even check in until 5. What kind of cockamamie system is that? You're either first in line and right on time, or you're late, even though you arrived before appt time."

"Layout is a nightmare, which is a shame because the staff were perfectly friendly. I was in and out in about 2 hours from my appt time to unload, so there is that. Do arrive early for appt because there is a line at the start of the day and the layout makes it a pain to dock. Even the more experienced drivers will likely have to wait on newbies like me."

"Worked for this company, management are keyboard warriors and don't help at all. Management favors the people they know and like. So if your not liked good luck, the warehouse workers Don know how to build pallets you'll spend all day downstacking pallets because they can't count backwards. Trucks are always breaking down, while mechanics overnight sit around on phones.... they only give you 10 hrs off and expect you to do 14 hr route in 12 hrs everyday..... stay away from this place. They look to fire who " doesn't cut it " . Worst company I have ever worked for."
