"Had wonderful experiences here for the most part. Then there was that one day that changed my whole outlook on this store and have not been back since. Very cocky employee who thought he knew everything about everything and told us that because they didn't not carry a tool I was looking for that such thing did not exist....he was so sure of this because he "worked in a garage ONCE and had two tool boxes with tools in. In the same trip sold the person I was with the cheapest spark plug for their car instead of asking if they knew the kind that were to be in there and gave no options. I made it a point to get ahold of management for this store because I could go on about how bad that experience was with that employee. Doubt I'll be back in the future."
