"I ordered a cheese sandwich with two types of cheese, untoasted, with no condiments and shredded lettuce. My sandwich had relish on half that was clearly attempted to be wiped off instead of getting new bread. YOU can’t make a cheese sandwich. Just stop doing anything because you’re going to be bad at it. Unbelievably pathetic. Bad job at a 3 ingredient sandwich lol. Pathetic Update Unpleasant day shift younger male manager does nothing for any probs I have. Rarely come here anymore and after a botched order I will not be back. Not because of the order error but because of the bad, bossy, loud talking manager who instructs customers to do things that the staff should be doing, like fix order issues. This manager could not work anywhere else I know and be that bad at his job and dealing with customers. It only gets business due to its location and everyone else I know thinks it’s the worst Sheetz in the area. I’m at gas stations/convenience stores4 days per week min and I know Sheetz doesn’t care but they lost me as a customer."

"I went through this store particularly a lot delivering with doordash. Occasionally ordering food and getting drinks. The overnight crew in particular were always amazing. Friendly and helpful. The only time I had to wait on orders was when they were extremely busy. Was the best store in the area till they moved one of the supervisors to a different location. But still a good store and crew."

"I placed an order at the drive thru and paid. I then wait 15 + minutes to get my order. I tooted the horn a few times and no one came to the window, then when I finally got my food the woman said "sorry for the wait ". I then called the store number and the woman who answered was the same one who gave me my order and then apologized again and said they only had 4 people working and they got slammed. If she would of told me of the staffing situation at the window I would have understood. I stop there several times a week and this was the worst experience I had. And to top it off the order had onions on it and I didn't order them. HMMMMM."

"It's obvious sheetz has learned from its past mistakes with building this sheetz. It is spacious, well laid out, nice seating area, buffet style deli counter to watch them make your food and a drive thru"
