"Unbelievably incompetent staff here. Stay far away! I had a telehealth appointment with Dr. Ganjoo at this practice, and during this appointment she told me I would receive an evaluation via email. After a few days of waiting for it, I started calling this office multiple times a week for an entire month. In that time, I was never even able to speak to anyone actually working at this office. I only spoke to a representative at an answering service they use. The representative would give me times and dates when I would be able to call and reach the actual office, but every single time it would turn out that something had come up and I'd reach the answering service again, and all they could do was "leave a note" with the office asking to send me the evaluation. Stay away from this practice; they clearly don't care about anyone's mental health considering the hoops I had to jump through! I'm going to another provider."
