"Messages not relayed to the Opthomology department about being late even though I was told it would be and it was OK if I was 15 minutes behind schedule due to traffic. The doctor (Geneva Cleveland) I saw was not a specialist for my eye condition and after getting dilated and going through the discomfort I was told to come back in 3 months to see the actual specialist and be dilated again. Furthermore, she did not provide expert advisement regarding my eye condition which was why she stated I needed to return. The doctor did not take my eye pressure AND did not fulfill my perscription that I need after stating she would. It has been a month and after calling in about 3xweeks ago I still don't have it. Needless to say I understand why I have lost five doctors in less than 10 years from various departments at GWU MFA! I will not return as there is too much incompetence!"
