I scheduled an appointment online and she followed up with a call to get an understanding of my current skin routine/products I was using in order to know what she can and can't do with my skin. First, Meryem has such a warm, sweet and inviting energy which immediately put me at ease. She took the time to evaluate my skin and recommended a hydrafacial. I learned so much about my skin and what I was doing wrong, but she's getting me right! Let me tell you that this was the best facial I had EVER had!!! She explained what she was doing, the process and what the benefits were. My skin was very dehydrated and I left with glowing refreshed skin. It was such a great experience I came back for a second hydrafacial and this time she added a few things my skin needed and I was grateful that she does what she feels your skin needs.
