"Who gave them 4.5 stars? I went in there today and asked if someone can do my eyebrows, the woman said rudely we don't have time to do eyebrows today. She didn't even look at my face. She said it as she did someones nails. Neither did she say come back tomorrow. Never going there again. Horrible people and horrible customer service"

"I'm always in love with the shape of my nails when I leave here. They do very clean work and I always leave happy. The last time I was there I couldn't stop looking at my hands. The photos are after a week of growth so they don't do the work justice, but overall they have become my new favorite nail salon since I moved to the DMV."

"No one is never there at 10am! Unprofessional for them to arrive at 10:20am and the sign lit saying open! Today is the last day I step foot in this salon! I’ve been coming here since 2014! It’s gone downhill! Van can barely speak English and had a hard time understanding what I wanted! My $100 gel pedicure and full set gel manicure nails prior Van did didn’t even last 1 1/2 weeks! Today the tool she used to take the gel polish off 8 of my nails was on the outside of my hand as she pushed my cuticles back with her fingernail! Smh... I asked for one color and foil on one fingernail! Hanna said “usually people get foil on two fingers!” I kept my mouth shut and said to myself I’m not like other people! I get it! They wanted the money! The biggest tip I’ve given was $45 to Lou for doing my feet and taking the nails off of my big toes to heal! So paying has never been a problem for me! Hanna talked about her kids father to her client and I couldn’t help but to hear! She was in a negative mood talking about the pumpkin patch she took her 15 year old daughter for her birthday this past weekend! Everyone seems to have an attitude lately that works there! I didn’t let it rub off on me because I’m a positive, uplifting woman! Always greeting and telling everyone have a blessed day! I really do believe it would help their attitudes if they get rid of the black mold in there toilet and in the bathroom ceiling! Mold changes people moods! For the reason I gave two stars because Lou can wax well but today one of my eyebrows were thicker than the other! Nothing is special about this nail salon! If they clean/dust the front door/windows and inside to look welcoming they’d get more services! Cleaning is not difficult! If you wish to receive services from this salon, to each their own!
