"It was my first visit to Mimosa today for a pedicure. I’ve lived in many different countries around the world and would usually get a pedicure every 4 weeks, no matter where I’m living. Well, unfortunately I can honestly say that I would class this as one of the worst pedicure experiences ever. Not only have my toes been cut in several places, which led to bleeding, the skin removal on my one foot was so zealous that my foot is red and weeping. The lady has cut away so much of the corner of my large toe nails that they too are red and sore. I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon. I never enjoy writing a bad review as this is peoples livelihood but I wouldn’t want anyone else to experience what I went through today. I can not currently wear shoes as my feet are so sore and flip flops in this cold weather isn’t fun. Looks even worse today, see last 2 photos!"
"I’ve been at this salon twice now. My nails turned out better the second time but first time was good too! Retention could be better I lost 4 nails on week 3 and they were lifting. My second time my nail tech paid attention to detail and was gentle with removing my polish and old acrylic. I wanted white gel polish my first time but they gave me white acrylic instead. I got pink gel this time. Lots of color options. I will be going here again! Also wasn’t sure but yes they do have mimosas but i I haven’t tried them. A couple things though: I wish the nail techs would introduce themselves so I can find my go to nail tech. I’m not even sure when you book online you get the person you asked for. When they ask if you want a drink they forget to bring it to you. Not a big deal but good customer service always betters a business. Also pls focus on sanitation and new tools as well as cleaning tools with wipes! Retention also super important!"
