"Yep their office policies are terrible. God forbid you don’t have backup childcare. I didn’t have anyone to stay with my 10 year old and the receptionist was quite rude. Her reason is they don’t want kids grabbing for the scalpel. Really? I’ve never had this at any doctor before. He’s 10, and on an iPad. Not going to be a distraction or grab for anything. I feel bad for SAHMs who don’t have extra childcare to support. Not coming back here."

"I made an appointment a few weeks back. At the time I made the appointment, the receptionist stressed that they do not allow children…she said this multiple times. Weird, but okay. So I made plans for someone to watch my toddler. Fast forward to two days before my appointment and they call to confirm and remind me 4 more times that they don’t allow children and if you need someone to accompany you they must be 18+. Also, they tell you during booking that if you don’t answer this one single phone call, they cancel your appointment. Ridiculous policies, right? Well…the day of my appointment my childcare plans fell through. I called them to reschedule my appointment (since the doctor apparently can’t be around children?!) and I was placed on a several-minute hold before the receptionist returned. She told me that since it’s a same-day cancellation I would not be able to reschedule…ever…unless they could find someone else to fill the appointment. So I told her don’t even bother - just cancel the appointment and I’ll find another doctor. Just beware of the strict policies you must adhere to if you want to see this doctor. He’s one of many in the area, so my recommendation would be to do your research and find someone else…literally anyone else."
