"Needed an emergency x-ray for Workmen’s Comp. I made an appointment online and Ms Williams calls me back in an hour to let me know that they have no x-ray tech so I cannot schedule an appointment there and they don’t know when they’ll have an x-ray tech and then in addition, the office manager is not in and she doesn’t know when the office manager will be returning, lastly, she said that my entire medical record at their facility had been deleted and argued with me that I’m a new patient. She wasn’t able to tell me what other facilities could assist with x-rays!! ZERO stars for Ms Williams and team."

"If I could give this places less than 1 star I would. The customer service by the employees working 1/3/2022 is garbage. They had an attitude before they even asked my name or what my concerns were. Last time I ever use this facility. Those women are the reason I'm finding a new doctor and why so many people (including great doctors) leave."
