"Employees at the front desk are a joke. Answering the phone should be a priority instead of a huge problem. I guess they are not aware of what their duties are. Instead of having conversations with each other, why not answer the phone."

"I left the practice because I could never get them to answer my calls or respond to my messages. When I tried to make appointments online, they told me they had no records of my appointment since the online portal isn't actually connected to their appointment book. When I tried to get my records sent elsewhere I was told they would fax them by one receptionist, and then another told me they didn't send them because office policy didn't allow for faxes, and then a third receptionist told me they had already faxed my records weeks ago. The administrative hell at this office makes any medical care incredibly difficult to obtain."
