"NEVER AGAIN. My husband purchased me a pair of diamond earrings for Christmas, the guy told him while ringing them up he got a deal because they were on sale. I opened them and the backs do not stay on tight enough to trust wearing them. A few days later we take them back and decide to send them to their “shop” to get fixed. They came back sooner and WORSE then when I originally had them. You pick the earring up and the back just falls off.!! So they say we can get another pair for a different store…..New pair same problems and bent posts!!!! They couldn’t do anything besides me pay more for a different pair, which if I was given some kind of discount for all my wasted time and broken jewelry on their end I may have. Instead I’m still without earrings and took my refund. Also no manager any of the 3 times we were in the store.!"
