"I picked my primary care physician from this location, everything was fine until I did some bloodwork and was prescribed some medication from Dr. Hurley. After the bloodwork results someone from their office called me to tell me go pick up my prescription and they also scheduled an appointment with Dr. Hurley to talk further about my results. I went to pick up the prescription (which I paid for) and had taken it for 3 days before having my zoom call with dr. Hurley. During the zoom meeting he now changed my prescription to a whole new medication that I need to go pay money for again. So I don’t understand if that change happened the same day or if they knew about it and didn’t say nothing and let me pick the first prescription 3 days prior. Anyway I am very disappointed and upset because no proper excuse was given regarding the mistake nor apology for the inconvenience. The service could be better especially that I called them the day I was going to pick up the prescription and they confirmed it and to change it 3 days later without offering a proper explanation. Waste of time and money UPDATE: I changed my rating to 4 stars because they reached out to me to better understand what happened, then they gave me a proper explanation and gave options to choose from in order to continue my treatment. I appreciate the team of Kaiser for taking that step."
