"Horrible place, Dr O, is horrible. I feel like she tortured me. I’ve been in pain for 4 weeks. She refuses to help. I’m in the most pain I have been in my entire life. She started a bridge, then handed me a bag of teeth after she couldn’t get me numb. She just gave up. I flew in from Washington state to get work done. I would never in my life let yourself or anyone you love go to this place. They will mess you up, then leave you to figure things out yourself. They replied to this but no one called me to check on me. They ruined my mouth. I can’t sleep, eat, anything with out pain. I can’t enjoy everyday things or even food. My quality of life has been affected. Bunch of amateurs."

"Dental is great. Chiropractor is great. Phlebotomist is great. But the medical side of this practice is disorganized to the point of medical malpractice! They promise treatments that they can’t deliver. They don’t have cohesive protocol. This is a dangerous place! AVOID!"

I entered in a bit of a stressed state and her calm demeanor and professionalism put me almost immediately at ease. The combination of her skills and the advanced technology she uses made it the easiest and most pleasant teeth cleaning I have ever experienced. She took her time and I did not feel rushed. I recommend her without hesitation along with the entire office."

"This is an excellent dentist office. After moving to the area, I struggled to find a great dentist. Most dentists in the area were still okay with mercury based fillings and routinely told me I had cavities when I strongly suspected that was not true. At NIHA they provide a healthy experience and in my opinion are much more trustworthy. All the supposed cavities I had in the past apparently magically disappeared!"

Dr. Tapscott is the first doctor I have had who didn’t seem rushed during her time with me. She was patient, knowledgeable and made me feel heard. She explained every aspect of my blood work and next steps to help me improve my health, one step at a time. She made me feel hopeful. Definitely recommend this practice to anyone."
