"Without a doubt, the worst communication I have ever had from a doctor. They never answer their phones, they never respond to voice mails and it can take up to a week to get a response in the online portal. Several times they have made mistakes with my prescriptions, and this complete lack of communication makes it nearly impossible to resolve the mistakes."

"I have been going to this office for the past two years. It was difficult to make an appointment when I started going there and now it is impossible. Tjey changed their phone system I have called several times to schedule I always get a voicemail and never get a call back. I have no trouble reaching the billing department to pay a balance but can not make an appointment."

"I have been trying to make a New patient appt for a while now. They requested me to send over a referral and picture of my insurance card which I did. They have never got back to me. If they don’t follow up which just a simple request I don’t think this office will follow up with something needed urgently. The scheduler person was very rude and did not help at all. I understand they are busy but come on, it’s been a month!!! And if I don’t call again they would have never call me back. Very disappointed of this office. Im pretty sure the doctors are great but their staff are not. Beware!"

"I've gone to this practice for a decade. It has slipped considerably in many ways over the years including wrong prescription written, forgetting to submit authorization on medicines, constant follow up and now surprise billing. They charge $10 to take your sugar (which I do with my CGM and glucometer) and never let you know. They charge $60 for flu shots when they're free practically everywhere else. And now, they charge $250 for an office visit and an additional $75 for the doctor's assessment; what exactly are the differences? They have yet to provide any adequate answer to differentiate those fees. They spend zero time caring about the patient and more time selling you on new products, or trying to enhance the bill with procedures and analysis. The only outreach I get is when they say they won't continue to fill prescriptions until I come in for a visit."

"I have been going to this office for over 20 years and it is the best office ever, Dr. Chanduvi treats you like family not only just treat you and go she will ask about family and listens to you. The staff is wonderful, never even notice the changes in staff, i am sure whoever is new is treated the same, so we never notice any changes. Dr Chanduvi is the best"
