Lady told me to call back later, very unprofessional and disorganized. I have a Groupon that expires tomorrow and now that will be going down the drain."

"I really wanted the Korean spa experience I experience in NYC, however, this fell short. I prefer the use of disposable items duribg spa treatments and that was not the case. A cloth was used to wipe my face and it was dipped in a bowl of water srveral times. Needless to say, it is too hard on the delicate skin on the face and I left there with bruises on my face :( She did a good job with removing whiteheads. I'll continue my search for a local korean spa."
