"Not really my clothing style. Sizes are very strange here. So as the store clerk explained it to me they start at 00 on shirts which is actually a medium to large and go up from there. The concept is women feel better because of a lower number. Maybe that works for some people but you know what size you are no matter what number you associate with it. That's just me. The clothes looked decently priced to other stores. Again not really my style to wear everything big and baggy so I didn't purchase or even try anything on."
"So the only reason I gave such a low rating is because they run out of the bigger sizes WAY too fast. Otherwise I would totally give 5 stars. It is so disappointing to go shopping at a store meant for people my size and then not have anything I want in my size. If I wanted to order my clothes, I wouldn't have gone into the store. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and tidy."
"Staff were great and beyond helpful. I legit spent $400 there because the associates were that great. Tbh I would have spent at least $600 if they had more stock like more dresses in store sizes 3 and up and if they had thigh highs again. I went home and spend $130 more on dresses the store didn't have. Torrid it's messed up you're selling garter belts with NOTHING TO ATTACH THEM TO!"
