"My visit for primary care was fine, the physician assistant I saw was very professional and helpful. I selected this doctor because they were the only ones accepting new patients. I got a tick bite and was nervous about lyme, left a message with a receptionist, didn't hear back. Called again, got a direct number, and tried calling but did not get anything past a busy signal after several calls."

"Dr. Craig Watkins in my PCP and he is absolutely the BEST!!!! He SAVED my life from COVID. Yes the office does have a wait time issue and I have addressed it with Dr. Watkins and the staff at the front desk. They have started to improve a little. However, I rather wait all day then see any other doctor in Baltimore. I am so grateful for Dr. Watkins. I will follow him wherever he goes, because he cares about his patients."

"I think the Doctors, those I have seen (Watkins and Sharma), are good. However, like others have experienced, I too have a problem with wait an hour or more to be seen. There seems to be very little regard for patients' time, however Saluja has a late fee policy. If you 10 min. or more late for an appointment you will be charged. I also have a problem with follow-up. Whenever a call-back, or a follow-up is required, it is hardly ever done. Now, I don't expect that what the staff says will be done, will be done , so I have to make two and three calls to make sure it is done. Just a little more focus on customer/patient quality of service and scheduling could make a world of difference and this practice a much better one."

"I came 15 minutes before my appointment, I waited for more than hour. People that came after me and had later appointments were accepted before me. I have no complaints about Dr. Sharma and his assistant. The blood lady was also very nice and professional. Anyway, time - is precious. If you guys have delays - call the patient and delay the appointment. Better to wait an hour longer literally anywhere, but not in a wait room."
