"Sorry but the unqualified receptionist Tanya R. took 1 hours trying to check us in to have a visit with our new bundle of joy she was extremely slow and looked satisfied to tell us after the long wait we infact couldn't go visit due to the baby having the max amount of visits earlier in the day smh...."
"I had my son here back in 2021. I went in for a scheduled csections. My experience in the OR and in recovery was great (besides the fact that they didn’t let me hold my son for an hour after he came out when I wrote it in my birth plan that I wanted to be the first to hold him and it was so important for me to hold him as soon as he came out. They have my husband our son and sent him out of the OR. Once I got into recovery I expressed that I wanted to get him to try and latch right away (bc I hadn’t eaten in 12 hours. He had trouble latching and no one was willing to help. They told me he didn’t need to eat right away and it was pointless. I get up to postpartum and a lactation consultant came in but was very hostile and very unhelpful with trying to get my baby to latch. He was biting and just not latching. I decided I wanted to try and pump and I wasn’t very familiar with hospital grade pumps and I believe I needed a different flange. Nothing was given to me and no one even tried to help me. The lack of information and help led me to have to formula feed my baby when made it clear I wanted to exclusively breast feed and my requests were ignored. My pain management was not taken care of. I had a straight up panic attack bc I was so tired and sore from my csection and overwhelmed from not being able to feed my baby and having formula shoved in my face. My baby didn’t sleep, he was very fussy and very clingy. There was no nursery to send him to and no break what so ever after just having major abdominal surgery. The nurse I spoke to said they were understaffed and no nurse was available to relieve me for even a hour. No one was willing to help me breastfeed. Doctors came in and ripped my blankets off, lifted my gown up and pulled off the dressing on my scar without any consent or warning causing lots of pain that they didn’t accommodate. Hands down the worst experience giving birth. I would suggest to anyone this place to give birth. They want to do the bare minimum and get you out as soon as possible."
"The doctors and nurses are a absolutely amazing and very professional, they made me and my newborn baby comfortable and kept me updated on her progress"
"My son was just born here. If I could give 7 stars, I would. The nurses, doctors and staff were A+."
"Had a wonderful experience. My day nurse Katelyn and night nurse Felica was amazing and I’m thankful for both of them. I had my baby in October"
