"Update: my wife has been scheduled for surgery on Monday 5 June and it was put on the schedule last Wednesday and they still can not give a time. They think we can just drive 30 miles and then have to pay for parking all day since they do not validate parking. What a rip off. When my wife was transfered to sinia hospital they waited 6 hours before they gave her pain meds. When I asked was told that they had to wait for orders from the doctor. We asked more and more they gave me more and more reasons. I told them I was filing a complaint with the Office of Health care quality and the next day the moved my wifecto another floor. They finally amputated my wife leg three days after they said they were going to do it. Then yesterday they were to remove her wound vac and close it up. That did not happen and they failed to remove her from the NPO and I drove 36 miles to get her a sub from subway at 7 pm . And now they will not be doing it till Monday. Talk about delay of care."
"unprofessional doctors and nurses don’t understand nothing or doctors and nurses work for free not salary I think thank you doctors and nurses for poor service"
"Was admitted to Mount Pleasant Unit with illness brought about by chronic homelessness since my home burned. Told that Sinai had my back… BS!!! Meds always off schedule, meals arrived hours late with hot items roughly 60 degrees and frozen items were a melted sloppy mess. Cardiac friendly menu items non-existent. Discharged me to Baltimore Rescue Mission with the drunks and hobos - floors there covered in a layer of rat roach and bedbug poisons. Was refused entry into another shelter because they observed bedbugs and roaches on my clothing anyway. Doctor appointments were a total fake-out! Telehealth one was NEVER scheduled so now I’m in danger of running out of medication all together. Is this your best work Sinai…? NO! Called state health department to investigate your kitchen timeframe errors and food safety, and why you couldn’t keep a strict medication schedule that was consistently off by hours plus or minus every day. I’m sensing you’re more of a health insurance scam than an actual hospital. Not recommended! #DoBetter"
