"On 12/8/23 at 2:40 p.m; Casey the nurse that you have is very rude. I asked her if she can clean the chair in room 2 before I say down because it was dirty. She went and retrieved a container of wipes, opened it and handed it to me to wipe the chair out. I asked if they clean the rooms behind each patient she said we do, but if you want to clean it you can. I wiped the seat and the wipes were black. I showed her the words and said so this is clean before the them on the trash can. Then she said can you sit down please knowing that the seat was wet as I grabbed the last 2 brown paper towels to dry the seat. S. McFarland"

"I visited this facility for a physical for pre-employment and since it was associated with mercy hospital. I automatically assumed that they would be professional but I was sorely mistaken. I had an appointment and I came in to find it extremely crowded. There is no point in making appointments because they do not follow them. There was people there that had been waiting over 40 minutes to be seen. Even though you have an appointment you still have to wait 30 or more. In my personal opinion there is no purpose of appointments if they don't honor them. The women at the desk when you come in was very rude. She said to her coworker " I haven't checked any of these patients in yet. Thats alright. I don't care, they can wait all day for all I care. Let them wait." Wow. Thats all I got to say. Next the medical assistant I received had a nasty attitude. He was rude and got mad when I asked questions pertaining to his procedure. He got his manager all because I asked a question. His manager came and was nasty. I understand you have to explain what you are going to do but there is also a proper tone to address patients in. I don't need you to roll your neck nor to use a condescending tone. He came back and finished up. The only good thing I have to say about this place is that the doctor I received was nice, he was thorough and kind and very professional. He did not belong there. Its sad but the women at the front, the medical assistant and the nurse were all unprofessional and not fit to deal with the public. If you have to come here, I recommend you go to their other location at lutherville. Maybe they know how to treat their patients with respect."
