"I was made to feel very uncomfortable here by the owner. Couldn’t even take my time to look around because she was watching/following me like I was going to steal something. I have never been to a crystal shop and treated the way she treated me. Incredibly disappointed and I felt very unwelcome. She didn’t pay any attention to the white guy taking his time. Also, the large “citrine” pieces she has are actually heat treated amethyst. At least be honest with your customers about what they’re buying and treat them with kindness. I will never come here again."

"What a lovely, well-laid out shop! Tons of stones and concise, informative labels for many of them. A good range of sizes and the prices appear to be competitive. There are some beautiful jewelry and decorative pieces. I noticed several fossil options. The is something special to see everywhere your eye lands. The woman working made us feel comfortable and welcome. If I lived closer, I would visit regularly!"

"I went a couple years ago while trying to find a nice crystal store in the Erie area. They have a nice selection of minerals, but I was really put off by my overall experience? The woman was openly saying how she could “close for the rest of the day” after a customer left the store because I guess she had spent a lot? I thought it was a little weird to announce that while she still had another customer still in the store; and I was very uncomfortable."
